Scheduling

Lessons are booked on a weekly schedule throughout the year (except for school holiday), your lesson will be scheduled for the same time each week.
School holiday lessons are available and separate booking is required. Booking form will be issued two weeks prior to the holiday.
Lessons do not run on public holidays.
Students should arrive on their scheduled start time. If the student arrives late, the lesson will still end at their scheduled time.

Tuition will be collected in the beginning of each school term for school student or monthly in advance.
You may pay via cash, bank transfer, or EFTPOS. For bank transfer, please put the student’s name in reference/description.
Creative kids voucher is also accepted.
For school term payment, tuition is calculated by the number of weeks in the school term except for public holidays. If you are not starting lessons in the first week of the school term, you will only be billed for the remaining lessons of the school term.
For monthly payment, tuition is calculated by the number of weeks in the month except for public holidays. If you are not starting lessons in the first week of the month, you will only be billed for the remaining lessons of the month.
If your payment is overdue for more than two weeks your assigned date/time may be released to other students. Your lesson may also be suspended.

If a student wishes to cancel a lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made before the 24 hours notice period will be rescheduled in 6 months.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be rescheduled or credited.
Students with planned absences could reschedule their lessons or credit to future lessons if we are notified two weeks in advance.
If you cancel for more than two consecutive lessons your assigned date/time may be released to other students unless you pay for the skipped lessons in which make up lessons will be arranged.

If the teacher is unavailable for your scheduled lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited.

Students may withdraw from the lesson any time. However, all paid tuition fee will not be refunded. Upon the withdrawal notice, student could continue with the lessons up until the last lesson that is covered by the last payment.
Kirrawee Piano reserves the right to terminate the lessons at any time. In the event of termination by Kirrawee Piano, any prepaid fees for unused lessons will be refunded to the student.
